Midwest Control Corporation

Engineering
Midwest Control offers a complete staff of experienced and highly qualified engineers and technical designers. They work closely with each individual project, whether the job is to offer recommendations on existing specifications or supplying complete engineering services from start to finish. Our team of designers, draftsmen and software programmers are always available to assist you, from initial planning and development through implementation and field start-up assistance.

Quality Production
At Midwest Control, our panels are built to last because we never compromise quality by cutting corners. Our customers can be assured that the products and engineering incorporated into our control panels are of the highest quality. Our constant efforts to achieve the highest standards of technical integrity and production quality have earned us a reputation for excellence in the automation industry. To ensure that these standards are upheld, a qualified engineer is assigned to each project, closely monitoring every phase of development, from wiring and assembly to final inspection.

Testing
Every panel we build undergoes a thorough functional check of all circuits and assemblies. Programmable controller panels are powered up to validate their I/O and smaller PLC systems with installed programs are subject to complete program to system verification. Pressurized pneumatics, panel interconnections and any other special interest items are also tested to make sure that your panel leaves our plant in precise working order.

Standards Approval
Midwest Control is listed as an approved industrial control panel designer and manufacturer by Underwriters Laboratories and ETL Testing Laboratories. All panels we build are in accordance with National Electric Code and JIC standards to ensure the highest quality. In addition to the standard NEMA classifications for normal industrial use, Midwest Control can provide explosion-proof control systems and air purged panels for hazardous locations, as well as stainless steel panels for equipment which must meed FDA guidelines.
